- Don’t Eat or Drink (Except Water) with Aligners in to avoid their staining and damage.
- Don’t Use Toothpaste as this can scratch or discolor them.
- Don’t Skip Wearing Aligners, failing to wear aligners as instructed can delay your treatment.
- Don’t Place Aligners in Pockets or Napkins, this increases the risk of losing or accidentally damaging them.
- Don’t Delay Reporting Issues, if your aligners don’t fit properly or feel uncomfortable, contact your orthodontist promptly.
Step 01
Submerge the device completely in hot water above 60°C for about 10 seconds.
Step 02
Place the device on the teeth, be sure to wear the device before it cools down.
